How do I create my Elinom account?
Click the "Login" button in the top navigation bar, then select "Create Account". Fill in your business email, set a password, and verify your email. Once confirmed, you'll be guided through the onboarding wizard to configure your company profile, team roles, and preferred modules.
Which ERP modules are available?
Elinom offers 15+ integrated modules including HR & Payroll, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Procurement, Food Production, AgroPro (Farm Management), School Management, NGO, Healthcare, Hotel Management, Marketplace, POS, Staff Roster, Supply Chain, and Logistics & Fleet. Each module is accessible from the sidebar and can be enabled or disabled per your subscription.
What plans and pricing are available?
We offer Starter (free, up to 3 users, core modules), Professional ($49/mo, up to 25 users, all modules), and Enterprise (custom pricing, unlimited users, priority support, dedicated account manager). All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Annual billing saves 20%.
How do I list products on the Marketplace?
Navigate to the Marketplace module and click "List Product". Fill in your product title, description, pricing tiers, MOQ, lead times, and upload images. Your listing goes live after a brief verification review (usually under 2 hours). You can manage all your listings from the seller dashboard.
How is my data protected?
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We support Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), role-based access control, audit logging, and GDPR compliance. Our infrastructure is hosted on ISO 27001-certified data centres with 99.99% uptime SLA. Regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments keep your data safe.
Can I export invoices and financial reports?
Yes! The Accounting module lets you generate and export invoices, profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and tax reports in PDF, Excel, and CSV formats. You can also set up automated monthly report delivery to your email.
How do I invite team members?
Go to Settings ? Team Management and click "Invite Member". Enter their email, assign a role (Admin, Manager, Staff, Viewer), and select which modules they can access. They'll receive an invitation email with a secure sign-up link.
Does Elinom have an API?
Yes, Elinom provides a comprehensive RESTful API with full CRUD operations across all modules. API keys can be generated from Settings ? Developer ? API Keys. We also support webhooks for real-time event notifications and provide SDKs for JavaScript, Python, and PHP.
